During the weekend our saloons are turned in to a restaurant, worth multiple culinary stars. Out of a perfectly organised kitchen, Master Chef Daniël Lassaut and his kitchen team work magic with food and serve you the meals you’ve always dreamt about.

Our Maitre d'hotel and his staff create a homelike atmosphere to enjoy your diner at the fullest.

King Crab Royal, delicious soup, freshly imported fish, meat, fresh vegetables and fruit from all over the country and directly brought to the kitchen from the market.

To Restaurant-Salons Lassaut, it’s extremely important to bring you only the best in cuisine at a reasonable price.
Menus in the weekend restaurant are available starting at 45 euros.

The restaurant is opened every Friday- and Saturdaynight and Sunday at noon.
